It has a lower fat* content than ‘ice cream’ as we rarely use eggs and only a little cream. Less fat gives something fatty ice cream can’t – a clean taste sensation that bursts with flavour. You can also enjoy it with a clean conscience.

*A leading brand’s vanilla is 17g fat and 255kcal per 100g. Our fior di latte has 8g fat and 127kcal per 100g, whilst our stracciatella (chocolate chip) has 9g fat and 140kcal. Our chocolate also has only 8g fat , whilst our richest gelato is hazelnut, at 13g fat and 190kcal/100g.

Our gelato is made from milk, sugars, sometimes a little cream and always lots of love. It is stabilised with carob seed and guar seed flours, and flavoured with the finest ingredients known to man.

Our sorbets are made from fruit, sugar, a little glucose syrup and stabilised again with natural seed extracts.

Our granitas are made from fresh fruit, nuts or coffee and cane sugar – that’s all!

And if we can resist tasting a second spoonful ourselves, we won’t serve it to you…

We make indulgent gelato cakes to order for four to four hundred people.

We stuff hand-made mini panettone from a tiny Italian bakery with your favourite flavours to make ‘gelato burgers’.

We mould complimentary pairs of flavours into chocolate-dipped cones and spheres, to give you exciting tastes of mystery flavours.

And, we scoop it into insulated tubs for you to take home – you can mix and match as much as you want.
